LATEST NEWS :: Grant Mosson and Paul Tierney have moved on

Grant Mosson and Paul Tierney have moved on from BSC GlasgowLEFT-BACK Grant Mosson and utility player Paul Tierney have moved on from the club in the search for more game time.

Mossy and Tierney were both respected and well-liked players here but felt they needed to play more regularly now.

Kris Gebbie’s form at left-back had kept Grant on the sidelines through the recent excellent run for the team and Paul faced a tough battle to shift Aaron Murdoch from right-back or break into a midfield starting role.

Head coach Iain King said: “The hardest thing in football is to part with players you like and respect and these two come into that category.

“Mossy has a terrific left foot but has had a run of injuries and Paul’s lack of game time was gnawing at him.

“He was a starter when our EKFC side won the Cup Final last year and I hope he moves in his playing career the richer for the experiences there and here at BSC.

“I’d like to thank Grant and Paul for all their efforts on behalf of the club and wish them well.”
