MATCH PREVIEW :: BSC Glasgow vs. Whitehill Welfare
Written by Sam Jenkinson
BSC Glasgow bow out of another Lowland League season as they return to the Indodrill Stadium to take on Whitehill Welfare.
With Saturday’s visitors two points behind BSC with an extra game remaining, all three points for new boss Stephen Swift will go a long way to keeping BSC as high up as the seventh they currently occupy in the Lowland League table.
An encouraging three points for Swift in his first game in charge will have given BSC confidence going into their first game at home since the beginning of last month.
With Spencer Brown and Matt Niven both grabbing their first goals for BSC as well as another for Celtic loanee Lewis Bell coming on Saturday, it is unlikely Swift will have too much to change following an impressive performance against Hawick.
It will also give the new boss another chance to see his side before they visit Cumbernauld Colts in the Lowland League Cup next Friday.
BSC came out on top comfortably in the reverse fixture in October, with Riccardo Corrieri and Aidan Ferris each netting twice in one of BSC’s best performances of the season at Ferguson Park.
Swift will be looking to build on his strong start as BSC boss and pick up all three points as they round off their league season.
