Craig Young passed the prestigious UEFA B Licence

BSC GLASGOW assistant manager Craig Young was celebrating this week as he passed the prestigious UEFA B Licence in the SFA Coaching Pathway.

Craig has put in 120 hours of hard work on his studies on the field over the last year and also completed a host of assignments and course work.

He now joins head coach Iain King with the B Licences in their kitbags and Craig – who was presented with a bottle of his favourite red wine from the coaches and players to celebrate – said: “I am absolutely delighted to get the award, it has been a lot of hard work.

“I would like to think I was a big help to Iain during his studies and we carried on the process this time around.

“We move onto our final A Licences now and we will decide the best way forward for ourselves as a coaching team but most of all for BSC as a club.

“The SFA process has made both of us far better coaches, we work to a true structure now whatever aspect of the game we are teaching.

“I’m glad we can take a breath now but then we’ll crack on with learning as much as we can to improve further.”
